How do I get my digital files after I buy?
A download link shows immediately on the checkout page after purchase, and arrives by email as soon as your order goes through. The files are STL. Nothing is posted, so there is no shipping cost and no waiting.
Can I get a refund on a digital file?
Once a file has been downloaded I cannot take it back, so digital purchases are non-refundable. If you have bought the wrong thing and not downloaded it yet, contact me and I will sort it out.
Can I sell prints of your files?
No. The files are for your own personal, non-commercial use. Commercial licences are no longer available.
Who is behind Last Paint Drop?
Me. I am Veli, I paint miniatures and teach in London, and this is a one-person business. I designed the Modular Hobby Plate because my own desk ran out of room, drew the concepts on paper, and worked with a 3D design expert to make them real. But of course, none of this would be possible without the unconditional support from my beautiful wife!

What printer do I need?
The plate and every rack need a bed of at least 256 x 256mm, so a Bambu A1, P1S or similar. They do not fit an A1 Mini. The brush holder and the 1x1 and 1x2 drawers fit smaller beds. Every listing shows the part size, filament weight and print time so you can check the description before you buy.
Do I have to drill into the wall?
For anything holding weight, yes. The Back Rail Plate fixes with screws. Heavy-duty tape will hold a plate with a light load on it, but paints are heavier than people expect and I would not trust tape with a full rack. Screws and wall plugs are not included, because plasterboard, brick and wood all want something different.
Which should I buy first?
If you just want your paints off the desk, the Starter Set: one plate and every rack size in the range. If you want the whole thing, the Core System is every file I have, and it costs less than buying the modules separately. Individual modules are there if you only need one.

Do you take commissions?
Yup. Single hero and character models, busts and larger display pieces, monsters, vehicles and centrepieces, and small squads up to 5 models. I do not take on full armies, because keeping to smaller jobs means every piece gets the attention it deserves. To read more check out the commissions page.
How much does a commission cost?
Every commission is quoted individually, because it depends on the model, the level of finish and how much prep it needs. The minimum order value is £150. Tell me what you have in mind and I will send you a price.
Do my models need to be assembled before I send them?
I prefer them assembled, and it keeps your quote down. If you would rather not, I can buy, assemble, fill, clean and prime them for you, quoted as an extra on top of the painting.
Do you teach?
Yes, and it is a lot of what I do. I run a Patreon with written and video tutorials covering non-metallic metal, object source lighting, wet blending, colour theory and skin tones, plus one-to-one coaching for anyone who wants direct feedback on their own work.
